• Our focus is to empower ministry leaders to excel in their service to other pastors and successfully complete their ministry journey. We do this through a scholarship-based, Christ-centered coaching program.

• We are currently serving about 100 ministry leaders and local pastors in 18 Latin American countries. 
• Our coaching team comprises 12 certified coaches (most of them former or current ministry leaders and/or pastors) that reside in 6 different Latin American countries.
