We lead ministry leaders through personal and organizational transformation (2 Timothy 2:2).

Integrate:

We help ministry leaders better integrate their faith and their personal lives, and the high-integrity delivery of their calling (Colossians 3:23-24).

Design:

We design for maximum leverage, achieving the greatest possible ministry impact, focusing on those that are intentionally multiplying themselves in the lives of other pastors and ministry leaders.  (2 Timothy 2:19).
