Is my donation secure?
Yes! Your security is our highest priority. Industry-standard technology is being used to protect your information and provide a safe and secure environment for online donations. Your credit card data goes directly to the credit card company and is not accessible by us. Our donation processing is managed by FlipCause, a specialized company that only has limited access to your data. They act on our behalf to process your donations and adhere to our standards.
Will my information be kept private?
Absolutely. We prioritize the confidentiality of your information. Whether you contribute financially online or offline to our ministry, rest assured that we will not sell, trade or share your personal information with anyone else, nor send donor mailings on behalf of other organizations.
Do I get a receipt?
A donation receipt will be sent to you at the email address you provide on the donation form. Please be sure to keep a copy of your receipt for tax purposes. If you select a recurring donation, you will be sent an individual receipt each month when your donation is processed.
Is my donation tax-deductible?
Yes! PastorServe Inc. is a 501(c)3 tax-exempt organization and your donation is tax-deductible within the guidelines of US law. To claim a donation as deduction on your US taxes, please keep as your official record the donation receipt you will get via email.
