Andrew Rauch's lifelong commitment revolves around enabling growth for both individuals and organizations, championing the ethos of "grow to give." With over 25 years of experience, he has collaborated with Boards of Directors, CEOs, and business owners on strategic, sales, marketing, and technological initiatives, as well as capital development and philanthropy. Presently, as the VP of Growth at Improving Nearshore, he drives digital transformation for startups all the way to enterprise brands. Andrew's extensive volunteer roles span Elder at HCBC Dripping Springs, SOLIDLeaders' Chairman, SOLIDPastors' Board member, and University of Houston's Client Experience Advisory Panel.

With 18 years of global experience, Loran Gutt is a digital strategy, corporate development, finance, and marketing expert in the retail and B2B2C marketing tech sectors. Currently, as Bazaarvoice's Strategy Leader, he leverages deep eCommerce insight gained from collaborating with top brands and retailers. Loran's leadership spans $250M/year-scale eCommerce roles, motivating inclusive, diverse, global teams and translating strategic direction to operational change.

Dr. Rich Carney is a visionary leader with diverse experience in military, government, church, and faith-based realms, who, since 2014, serves as CEO of Austin Bridge Builders Alliance (ABBA). Renowned for his ability to unite North American business communities, he offers a cross-cultural and organizational perspective that drives excellence. Notably, recruited by the North American Mission Board, he spearheaded a transformative city outreach strategy for the Southern Baptist Convention. This strategy fostered collaboration among communities, churches, businesses, and government agencies, resulting in widespread social and spiritual change in Phoenix, Las Vegas, New York City, Cleveland and Baltimore.

​Oana Gabriela Borcoci is a seasoned executive with 20+ years of global finance experience across North America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia. At Ericsson, a leading technology provider ($25B), Oana excelled in transforming financial organizations and optimizing operational performance. Recognized for her expertise in trade compliance, transfer pricing, tax, cross-border transactions and digitalization, she spearheaded key initiatives in the Americas, including notable M&As like Vonage ($6.2B) and Cradlepoint ($1.1B). Earlier, Oana pioneered and transformed Ericsson's Company Control Hubs in Southeast Asia and the Mediterranean regions, earning trust as an advisor to C-level executives and boards.

Executive Director

Arthur is a Costa Rican professional with a rich and diverse background. Trained as a psychologist, he ventured into the field of market research, where he spent 28 years as a consultant specializing in product development and consumer behavior.

For the past 18 years, Arthur has devoted his time to training leaders and facilitators, honing his skills in this area. Alongside his work in market research, he has spent 16 years actively managing non-profit and church ministries.

For the last 10 years, Arthur has also served as a lecturer and instructor, focusing on soft skills and personal development. He holds certifications both in executive coaching and in spiritual direction.

Hemmy Mendoza
Office Manager

Hemmy is a professional with a solid background in Business Administration and over 15 years of experience in the aviation industry, as well as in the fields of logistics and customer service. Throughout her professional journey, Hemmy has led high-performance teams, ensuring the flawless execution of quality standards and playing a pivotal role in the development of team leaders, whom she has supported in their comprehensive growth.

Hemmy's passion lies in empowering individuals who aspire to surpass their own limits. This commitment is evident in her voluntary involvement with various non-profit Christian ministries. Hemmy has pursued supplementary courses in leadership, management, and coaching, thereby solidifying her ability to inspire, guide, and transform.

Luis Pettenkofer
Scholarship Program Officer

Luis, originally from Bolivia, has spent a lifetime in aviation. As an airline pilot, he flew for nearly four decades, with assignments in Panama, India, Jordan, and Oman. Since retiring after COVID, he now resides in Panama with his wife, where they actively contribute to their local church. Additionally, Luis serves as a volunteer for SOLIDpastors, playing a crucial role in our scholarship program's admission process.

With over fifteen years of dedicated experience collaborating with teams across multinational non-profit organizations in Latin America and Europe, Jason Garcia brings a wealth of expertise to the realm of impactful service. His unwavering passion centers on forging alliances with the right partners to amplify outcomes and make a profound difference in areas of greater need.
 
In the workplace, Jason stands out as a potent and inspiring force, channeling his positive attitude and boundless energy to motivate others to participate in God's ongoing work. Armed with a degree in Political Sciences, Jason calls Nicaragua home, drawing daily inspiration from his wife and son.
