Andrew's extensive volunteer roles span Elder at HCBC Dripping Springs, SOLIDLeaders' Chairman, SOLIDPastors' Board member, and University of Houston's Client Experience Advisory Panel.

Executive Director | ABBA MINISTRIES Dr. Rich Carney is a visionary leader with diverse experience in military, government, church, and faith-based realms, who, since 2014, serves as CEO of Austin Bridge Builders Alliance (ABBA). Renowned for his ability to unite North American business communities, he offers a cross-cultural and organizational perspective that drives excellence. Notably, recruited by the North American Mission Board, he spearheaded a transformative city outreach strategy for the Southern Baptist Convention. This strategy fostered collaboration among communities, churches, businesses, and government agencies, resulting in widespread social and spiritual change in Phoenix, Las Vegas, New York City, Cleveland and Baltimore.

Executive Director Arthur is a Costa Rican professional with a rich and diverse background. Trained as a psychologist, he ventured into the field of market research, where he spent 28 years as a consultant specializing in product development and consumer behavior.
For the past 18 years, Arthur has devoted his time to training leaders and facilitators, honing his skills in this area. Alongside his work in market research, he has spent 16 years actively managing non-profit and church ministries. For the last 10 years, Arthur has also served as a lecturer and instructor, focusing on soft skills and personal development. He holds certifications both in executive coaching and in spiritual direction. |
Diana Sequeira
Operations Director Diana holds a degree in Business Administration and has worked in Hospitality and Tourism, Real Estate, and Insurance.
Diana’s certifications include SOLID Pastoral Coach Certification, Creative Results Management (Coaching Mastery), and Life Coaching from the Malumbres Institute. From 1998 to 2006, Diana served on the Board of Directors for Aglow Nicaragua. Since 2019, she has been a facilitator of the Partners Worldwide Small Business Curriculum. Diana is also a Board member for Haggai Nicaragua. Diana’s primary passion lies in assisting leaders in Latin America in discovering their identity and purpose through a faith-based approach. |
Hemmy Mendoza
Office Manager Hemmy is a Nicaraguan professional with a solid background in Business Administration and over 15 years of experience in the aviation industry, as well as in the fields of logistics and customer service. Throughout her professional journey, Hemmy has led high-performance teams, ensuring the flawless execution of quality standards and playing a pivotal role in the development of team leaders, whom she has supported in their comprehensive growth.
Hemmy's passion lies in empowering individuals who aspire to surpass their own limits. This commitment is evident in her voluntary involvement with various non-profit Christian organizations. Hemmy has pursued supplementary courses in leadership, management, and coaching, thereby solidifying her ability to inspire, guide, and transform. |
Luis Pettenkofer
Scholarship Program Official Luis, originally from Bolivia, has spent a lifetime in aviation. As an airline pilot, he flew for nearly four decades, with assignments in Panama, India, Jordan, and Oman. Since retiring after COVID, he now resides in Panama with his wife, where they actively contribute to their local church. Additionally, Luis serves as a volunteer for SOLIDpastors, playing a crucial role in our scholarship program's admission process.
